FIVE POINTS FAMILY HEALTH is part of the Complete Care Family Health Organization. Our Family Health Organization is a group of doctors from 5 different offices working together to provide After Hours Urgent Care access to registered patients of any of the doctors. The After Hours clinics rotate through the different offices based on which doctor is covering the clinic. To see a doctor in the After Hours clinic for an urgent issue, call our office or check the calendar below for the office covering the clinic.

As part of the Family Health Organization, registered patients also have access to the Tele-Health Advisory Service (THAS). The THAS provides After Hours telephone access to a nurse, who can provide advice, or direct you to appropriate After Hours care. THAS is similar to Tele-Health, however, when you call THAS, your physician is notified of your call and the advice provided. The THAS nurse is available from 5pm to 9am Monday to Thursday, and all weekend from 5pm Friday to 9am Monday. To speak with a nurse from the THAS, call:  1.866.553.7205
